INLINE Access-HSM

As a Silicon Graphics systems integrator and hardware developer, we brought forth Access, a Hierarchical storage manager with the ability to automatically archive and retrieve large amounts of data quickly. This is accomplished by the implementation of a multi-level storage system. The various levels consist of on-line disk space, near-line high speed tape devices and optical devices as well as various off-line low-cost tape devices for archive and shelved storage.
